Philippe joined GPLUS in May 2018 where he advises clients on issues related to international relations, intellectual property, fisheries policy and Brexit.
Prior to joining GPLUS, Philippe worked for the European Commission at the Spokesperson’s Service where he gained experience in strategic communications, media relations and public affairs. He worked mostly on European external relations and neighbourhood policy. He also completed internships for a Member of the German Bundestag in Berlin and at the Representation of the Free State of Bavaria to the European Union in Brussels.
Philippe holds a Master’s Degree in European interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe, Natolin Campus, with a specialisation on the European neighbourhood policy, as well as two Master degrees in International and European Governance from Sciences Po Lille, in France, and from the University of Münster, in Germany. A French native, he is fluent in English and German and is working on his Polish.
