Yannick joined GPLUS as a researcher in September 2016 having previously worked in another Brussels based public affairs consultancy.
Prior to his consulting experience Yannick had worked in the office of a leading German MEP where he gained valuable insight into the EU policy-making process. He was responsible for producing briefing notes for speeches and committee meetings, and communicating with both constituents and the media. Yannick has also worked at the Paris office of a think-tank where he was in charge of researching a wide variety of EU policy issues, including foreign policy, trade policy and inter-institutional relations as well as event organisation and media activities.
Yannick holds a masters degree in international relations from University College Dublin as well as a bachelors degree in Political Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Besides his native German, Yannick is fluent in French and English, and has working knowledge of Dutch.
