Jack joined GPLUS from the European Parliament, where he worked as a committee adviser on internal market and consumer protection issues. He has handled legislative negotiations at committee and plenary stages on numerous goods and services files, and has also spent time working for a senior official in the Parliament’s administration. He also has prior experience advising a range of organisations on a variety of internal market issues, from intellectual property to taxation and competition matters.
Jack holds a Master’s degree in Governance in the European Union from the College of Europe in Natolin, and read Modern and Medieval Languages at St. Peter’s College, Oxford. A British national, he is fluent in English, French and German, and is polishing his Polish.
