An expert in EU public affairs and strategic communications, Céline joined GPLUS in 2007 and has since advised clients on issues ranging from EU environment and energy policy to healthcare, consumer affairs and industrial policy.

Over the years, she has also advised foreign governments, large multinationals, trade associations and SMEs.

For over five years, Céline has been a media adviser to the Press Service of the Russian President and Prime Minister, advising them on their communication activities, managing the political risks of intense scrutiny by international media. Prior to joining GPLUS, Céline worked for French think-tank Notre Europe where she was responsible for the general coordination of a European Commission funded project of deliberative polling. She also worked in the European Parliament as a press officer in the cabinet of former EP President Josep Borrell Fontelles.
