Isabelle joined g+ in September 2010 on a part-time basis. This is her first job since taking a five-year career break to take care of her three children. Before this break, Isabelle worked for four years at Aspentech, an American high-tech company, as a training coordinator.

This work involved contacts with many blue chip companies, problem solving and general administrative management of the training activity. Prior to Aspentech, Isabelle worked for three years with Chronopost, the international mail delivery services company, as a customer service agent. There her responsibilities included re-organising all the internal processes.

Isabelle was born and brought up in Brussels in a bilingual environment and studied social sciences, languages and interior design. She speaks fluent English and French, and has a good knowledge of Dutch.
